Requirements
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- At least 1 year experience as a Caregiver/ Certified Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
- NJ Licensed as Certified Home Health Aide a must.
- Must be fully covid vaccinated & booster.
- 2-step PPD.
- Physical within the last 12 months.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile.

- Detail-oriented and able to carefully follow protocols and rules regarding the patient’s care.
- Adhere to instructions from doctors and nurses.
- Trustworthy and dependable.
Responsibilities
- Take patient vital signs.
- Administer medication under a nurse's direction.
- Record and report patient data as medically necessary.
- Assist patients with daily functions such as dressing or bathing.
- Plan for doctor's appointments and other meetings.
- Organize transportation for patients.
- Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming.
- Do laundry.
- Prep and cook meals.
- Perform grocery shopping.
- Report to nurses about patients' health status.
- Teach patients self-care skills.
