About The Position

At Seniors Helping Seniors, we don’t just fill shifts; we build relationships. Owned and operated by local husband-and-wife team Matt and Erin Eckard, our agency was founded on the belief that care is most meaningful when it comes from a place of shared experience. We are currently looking for mature, dependable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who want to provide dignity and joy to seniors in our community.

Requirements

• Active NJ CHHA Certification (Required).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable auto insurance.
• Ability to treat every client with the same dignity you’d want for your own family.

• A compassionate, "can-do" attitude with strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a "clinical anchor" for clients.
• Provide meaningful companionship.
• Offer safe assistance with ADLs and specialized memory care (Alzheimer’s/Dementia).
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide reliable transportation for errands and vital medical appointments (e.g., dialysis support).
