While you support clients one-on-one with activities of daily living, we’ll support you with training, flexibility, and a team dedicated to creating a great employee experience. We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide (HHA) to reliably serve patients in the following counties [Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland, Salem] in BAYADA’s ACSP Division. Training is available, with open enrollment for courses month to month. Interviews are available now. We are looking for Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) for Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts. We offer assistance with the application to be a CHHA with the New Jersey Consumer Affairs Board of Nursing. Classes are priced at a low $250 all-inclusive. Requirements

Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required. We will train you.
A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
A commitment to being present and providing quality care.

Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Minimum one year work experience
Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board.

Responsibilities

Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
Develop close relationships with clients while helping them with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Assist with range of motion/exercises.
Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
Provide medication reminders.
Perform vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration.
Perform Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
