Requirements
- Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
- Availability for shifts from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM on one or more days per week
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care
- Compassionate and patient focused approach
- Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support the client’s morning routine, comfort, and safety
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care needs
- Follow an individualized care plan and monitor for changes in condition
- Maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive care environment
- Communicate effectively with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
