Requirements

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Availability for the full shift from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent care
• Compassionate, patient focused approach
• Experience with personal care and transfers, or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support the client’s morning and early afternoon routine
• Assist with mobility, safety, and overall comfort
• Follow the individualized care plan and observe any changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
• Maintain a respectful, professional, and supportive care environment
