Requirements
- Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
- Availability on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care
- Compassionate, patient focused approach
- Ability to complete MMR titers as required for this client assignment
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support the client’s morning routine and overall comfort
- Assist with mobility, safety, and maintaining a positive care environment
- Follow an individualized care plan and observe changes in condition
- Communicate professionally with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
