Requirements
- Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
- Availability for shifts from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care
- Compassionate, patient focused approach
- Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support the client’s daytime routine and overall well being
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety in the home
- Follow an individualized care plan and report any changes in condition
- Maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive care environment
- Communicate effectively with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
