Requirements

Current Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
Current TB test
Authorized to work in the United States
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Ability to begin working quickly

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Provide medication reminders
Accompany clients to appointments and errands
Support individuals living with dementia and memory loss
Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life
