About The Position
Join Attend Home Care as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)! We’re dedicated to providing comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to clients across New Jersey. If you’re caring, reliable, and motivated, we’d love for you to join our growing caregiver team. Attend Home Care is currently hiring caregivers to provide in-home care services across all municipalities in Somerset County. We offer cases close to home whenever possible.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
- Tuberculosis (TB) screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
- Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government issued ID)
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, medication reminders)
- Support mobility (walking, transfers, repositioning, toileting)
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping/laundry
- Provide transportation for errands or appointments
- Maintain a safe environment and document care
- Offer companionship, conversation, and respect for client privacy
