About The Position

Concierge Care is growing in Gainesville and the surrounding area, and we are expanding our team of qualified Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs). We have current and upcoming client opportunities and are looking for dependable caregivers. Our growing Gainesville area offers opportunities for weekday and weekend schedules, daytime, evening, and overnight shifts, recurring weekly hours, long-term client assignments, one-on-one home care, and flexible PRN scheduling. Opportunities to add hours will increase as additional clients come onboard.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify).
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• CPR certification.
• Social Security card.
• A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases.
• Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication.
• Required dementia training through Elder Affairs.
• Authorization for a comprehensive background review, including civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and any other public records.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care to clients.
• Adapt to various shift schedules including weekdays, weekends, daytime, evening, and overnight.
• Build consistent weekly hours and take on long-term client assignments.
• Be available for flexible PRN scheduling.

• $18–$22/hour (higher rates may apply to select assignments)
