Certified Hemodialysis Tech or LPN, 0.9 FTE
About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a valued member of our growing team. This is a part-time position, 72 hours bi-weekly, with 12-hour shifts and includes every third Saturday and every other holiday scheduled. The role offers flexible, unit-specific scheduling with no fixed or permanent schedules. Starting pay is at $18.63 per hour, with additional compensation for experience. Shift differentials are available: $1.00 for PM shifts, $2.00 for night shifts, and $1.50 for weekends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months patient care experience
- Current BLS CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required within 18 months of hire (on-the-job training available)
Responsibilities
- Perform vascular access procedures under RN mentorship
- Follow RN guidance on patient target fluid loss
- Monitor and report changes in vital signs to the RN
- Observe patients throughout dialysis treatments
- Set up dialysis equipment
- Accurately document patient information
