About The Position

Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to join our Bellingham clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician experienced in upper-extremity rehabilitation who values evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and professional growth. The position involves evaluating and treating patients with upper-extremity injuries and conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, providing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, splinting, and patient education. Additionally, the role requires documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate clinical records, and communicating with referral sources, case managers, and the clinical team. Participation in continuing education and specialty skill development is also expected.

Requirements

  • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) or Occupational Therapy (OTD/OTR) program
  • Washington State PT or OT license (or license-eligible)
  • Strong manual therapy and splinting skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
