About The Position

BHMG Physical Therapy Dutchmans Lane is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join their team. Requirements

Current active or current temporary Kentucky PT or OT License
Must have CHT (Certified Hand Therapist)
BLS certification within 90 days of hire
Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients

Responsibilities

Evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic.
Implements an appropriate plan according to patient needs, utilizing physician input, community resources, and the patient's support system.
Utilizes critical thinking skills for patient care.
Provides skilled therapy procedures/assessments.
Instructs patients and their families in the plan of care.
Utilizes electronic records to document treatment and care.
