About The Position
The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a certified Floater Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This position provides flexible classroom coverage while helping maintain consistent routines and high-quality learning environments across age groups. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy variety in their day and working with multiple classroom teams.
Requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required (Infant/Toddler and/or Preschool)
- Strong flexibility and classroom management skills
- Reliable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
Nice To Haves
- Prior classroom experience across multiple age groups preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support across infant, toddler, and preschool programs
- Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and continuity of care
- Assist with daily routines including activities, meals, diapering, and transitions
- Support implementation of developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized classroom environments
- Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
