About The Position

Vanguard is seeking Certified Financial Advisors for remote opportunities available to candidates located in the Miami, Florida area. This role is for both Certified Financial Advisor and Senior Certified Financial Advisor opportunities. While this is a remote role, you'll collaborate with experienced advisors and specialists across Vanguard's dynamic and growing retail division. Supported by Vanguard's investor-first philosophy and industry-leading research, including How America Saves, you'll help clients stay focused on their long-term goals while growing your career with a firm dedicated to investor success. As a Vanguard Advisor, you will establish, grow, and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partner with investors to help them plan for their financial goals, provide disciplined investment approaches, tax management strategies, and additional financial planning support, and develop personalized investment strategies and deliver financial planning guidance for the moments that matter.

Requirements

• Certified Financial Planner® designation required.
• Series 7, 63, or 66 (or the ability to acquire within 3 months of assuming the position).
• Three years (Financial Advisor) or five years (Senior Financial Advisor) of advisory experience, specifically in advice planning, book of business management, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated experience managing a book of business with a track record of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience applying trust and estate planning knowledge to help preserve clients' wealth.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
• A positive and resilient change agent who fosters collaboration as both a peer and business partner.
