The Exercise Coach® is a cutting-edge fitness franchise that’s passionate about transforming people for whom standard workouts aren’t working. Our approach is based on proven science that shows exercise quality matters more than exercise quantity. We have created a unique high-tech process that helps our clients get the results that matter most to them with just two, 20-minute workouts per week. Requirements
- The Exercise Coach certification course.
- Nutrition Playbook certification course.
- Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally recognized provider.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Good communication skills: Must be comfortable conversing in person and on the phone and know how to conduct yourself professionally. Must be able to deliver clear instructions to clients.
- People skills and personality: Must LOVE working with people! Must exhibit energy and excitement while working with clients.
- Health and fitness knowledge: Should have a working knowledge of the human body and the various components of good health and fitness.
Nice To Haves
- Basic nutrition knowledge.
- College degree in a health-related field.
- Experience with various strength training applications.
- Experience working with older adults and those with physical limitations.
- Candidates with strong customer service experience will receive priority consideration.
Responsibilities
- Conducting initial consultations.
- Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions.
- Tracking client results.
- Performing fitness evaluations.
- Providing ongoing health and fitness education.
- Growing the business through selling monthly and package sessions.
- Measuring success by tracking studio metrics.
