Requirements

• Certified Engineer
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
• Understanding of facility engineering principles.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various facility systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a unionized environment.
• Familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreements.
• Knowledge of specific facility services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate facility systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
