About The Position

IMPACT believes that buyers have changed and most businesses have not kept up. Our mission is to help 1,000 businesses achieve Endless Customers success by becoming the most trusted voice in their market and the obvious choice for their customers. Coaches are essential to this mission. This role is for individuals who have coached or trained business leaders, built their own client base, enjoy sales, are comfortable presenting, can deliver difficult truths, measure success by client results, are independent, disciplined, humble, ethical, and seek to build a long-term business.

Requirements

Coached or trained business leaders and their teams
Built a book of clients on your own, through your network, your reputation, and your refusal to wait for someone to hand you a lead
Enjoy selling, including the conversation about money, when you believe something will genuinely help a business
At your best in front of people: one-on-one, in a workshop, on a stage, on a podcast
Can tell a CEO a hard truth they don't want to hear, because they need to hear it
Measure your own success by whether clients stay, grow, and get results they can see, not just by whether the calls felt good
Comfortable taking an independent stand and running a practice without anyone checking your work
Disciplined enough to follow a proven process exactly
Humble enough to keep sharpening your craft alongside other coaches
Do the right thing when nobody is watching, even when it costs you
Want to build something over years, a real book of business, not just fill this quarter's calendar
Passionate about guiding leaders, telling the truth, and building a practice with real equity in it

Responsibilities

Becoming a Certified Endless Customers Coach through a structured certification program
Guiding leadership teams through the Endless Customers System: alignment days, quarterly planning sessions, and ongoing coaching calls
Coaching companies who are committed to becoming the most trusted name in their market, and holding them accountable to it
Engaging in sales conversations with prospective clients and leveraging your own network, because coaches here build their own book
Building your visibility: podcast appearances, webinars, client success stories, speaking engagements, and showing up in the rooms where your future clients already gather
Traveling across North America for alignment days, client visits, and our live events, typically once or twice a month
Spotting what your clients need next and bringing in our specialist teams for website, HubSpot, paid media, and training work
Focusing on coaching and growing your book, because IMPACT provides the brand, the sales system, the tools, the billing, and the back office so you can concentrate on your clients
