We are seeking a Certified Dietary Manager who shares that same commitment to excellence, service, and resident well‑being. Under the direction of the Dietitian and reporting to the Director of Dining Services, the Certified Dietary Manager plays a key role in supporting clinical nutrition services and ensuring the smooth, safe, and effective daily operation of the food services department. This position is responsible for carrying out assigned clinical tasks, communicating essential clinical information to supervisors, and helping maintain the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and departmental performance.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Dietary Manager Program
  • Successful completion of the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Exam
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and supervise food service personnel
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • Strong mathematical and numerical skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Current knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting standards of care
  • ServSafe Certification required

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of healthcare food service experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude helpful
