The Lodge at Manito is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and supervising functions and personnel within the dietary department. The manager will safely and efficiently provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents to maintain and enhance their overall health, ensuring the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
