Requirements
- Active Dietary Manager certification
- Food Service Manager or certification/degree in Food Service Management or in Hospitality
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of Food Service Management preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee the budget and purchasing of food & supplies, food preparation, services, and storage.
- Oversee safe and timely meal prep, including provision of meal and supplements in accordance with resident care plans.
- Monitor regular and therapeutic diets.
- Develop work schedule for staff, oversee inventory, and inspect meals to ensure standards are met.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in QAPI as needed.
- Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Administrator and/or VP of Nutritional Services.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
