About The Position

The team at Sunrise Kids Dental - Ellesmere located in Scarborough, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant on a part-time basis. The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival. Sunrise Kids Dental – Ellesmere is a busy, patient-focused pediatric dental clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a welcoming and fun environment for children and families. Requirements

Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
Registered or in process of registering with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

1 year of pediatric experience is preferred
Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental or Tracker is considered an asset
New graduates welcome
