About The Position

The team at Dr. Randy Berger Oral Surgery in Regina, SK is looking for a passionate, hard-working Registered Dental Assistant on a full-time basis. The ideal RDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival. 123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with almost 500 locations nationwide and nearly 8,000 employees. Providing a long-term career in a growing network located in multiple communities across the country, at all levels of the industry. This is a specialty clinic with only oral surgery and no general dentistry.

Requirements

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
• Registered or in process of registering with the Saskatchewan Dental Assistants' Association
• Licensed in other Canadian province(s) is acceptable
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dental practice management software such as [insert the clinic’s dental software here] is considered an asset
