About The Position

As a Crane Operator on our General Tree Care team, you’ll be part of the muscle
of our operation—helping provide safe, high-quality tree care for clients in
your community. You’ll work outdoors on beautiful properties, alongside a
talented, safety-minded crew, and put your crane operation skills and industry
knowledge to use every day. In addition to tree care, you may also handle
subcontracting work such as assisting steel companies, moving hot tubs, and
more.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of general crane operation
• NCCCO or NCCER certification (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License and Class A CDL

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of tree identification (a plus, but not required)
• Prior tree care experience (valued, but not required)

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and effectively in support of tree removals, pruning, cabling, and bracing
• Collaborate with crew members to provide top-quality service to clients
• Perform subcontracting crane work for external companies as needed
• Maintain and operate equipment in alignment with safety standards and company procedures
