About The Position

CLFC is expanding its nationwide federal legal-support practice, supporting U.S. Attorney's Offices, federal courts, administrative proceedings, state agencies, and commercial litigation. CLFC is building its certified court reporter roster in the Atlanta, GA market. CLFC directly contracts and self-performs this work. This is a professional independent-contractor opportunity built around a transparent revenue-share model that aligns CLFC and the reporter and scales automatically with expedited and rush work. Reporters are considered for recurring federal, state, and deposition assignments as CLFC receives and performs court reporting awards nationwide, rather than for a single engagement. Assignment volume and annual earnings are not guaranteed. The successful reporter is a certified professional who produces a complete and accurate verbatim record, meets demanding federal transcript turnaround and format standards, and upholds strict confidentiality, including grand jury secrecy where applicable.
