About The Position
Leo Chevrolet of Indianapolis is seeking Certified Chevrolet Technicians of all skill levels. The position offers big-city volume, ample opportunity, and a clear path for growth, from basic maintenance to advanced diagnostics. Compensation includes an hourly wage based on skill set and certifications, along with sign-on and relocation bonuses. The role involves performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on customer vehicles, diagnosing concerns using OEM-level tools, handling electrical and drivability diagnostics, and documenting findings accurately. The company welcomes candidates with strong fundamentals, consistent productivity, and advanced diagnostic skills.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- A team-first attitude and pride in doing the job right
- Brand training/certification (any level) or equivalent experience
Nice To Haves
- Chevrolet/GM certification
- ASE certifications
- Strong electrical skills
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on customer vehicles
- Diagnose concerns using OEM-level test plans, scan tools, and proper verification steps
- Handle electrical and drivability diagnostics appropriate to your level
- Document findings and repairs clearly and accurately
- Work with advisors and parts to keep repair flow smooth
