About The Position
Secret City CDJR in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a Certified CDJR Master Technician for a working Shop Foreman role. In this position, you will lead the shop, assist with diagnostics, manage workflow, and continue to perform high-level work. The role offers a pay of up to $150,000+ per year, with a guaranteed $4,000 per pay period for the first 6 months, followed by a flat rate with uncapped earning potential and bonus opportunities.
Requirements
- Certified CDJR Master Tech (Required)
- Strong diagnostic skills
- High producer in a flat rate environment
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and manage Repair Orders (ROs)
- Monitor WIP and shop workflow
- Assist technicians with diagnostics and problem jobs
- Track productivity and maintain efficiency
- Perform final quality checks on completed vehicles
- Lead daily shop meetings and support the team
