About The Position

Clearwater Agritopia, a premier luxury senior living community in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a part-time Certified Caregiver. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities while upholding their dignity and respect, in alignment with all community policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines. Requirements

Active Caregiver Certification in Arizona required.
High School Diploma or GED.
Active Certified Assisted Living Caregiver Certification.
First Aid and CPR/BLS Certification.
Background clearances as required by government regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform regular safety checks on residents.
Assist and encourage residents in their daily living activities and respond to needs promptly and kindly.
Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care is being given to residents, including managing oxygen tanks and concentrators per MD orders.
Transport residents as necessary, assisting them into and out of bed, wheelchairs, etc., following all safety/lifting and transferring techniques, and escorting them to/from meals, activities, or other transportation needs.
Clean, complete laundry, and assist with all other community activities and job duties as required or assigned.
Chart and document appropriate information, including incident reports, and communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
Respond promptly to all resident alerts, carrying radios and reacting to emergency or other resident requests as needed.
Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
Represent the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basis.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
