About The Position
Join Always Best Care – Hobe Sound, a top-rated and nationally accredited home care agency, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA). You will provide one-on-one, in-home care to local Veterans and seniors, enabling them to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes. We are seeking caring, reliable, and passionate individuals to make a meaningful impact daily.
Requirements
- A heart for care-giving
- English fluency (spoken & written)
- Must pass a Level 2 Background Check + drug screening
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & auto insurance (with bodily injury coverage)
- Recent TB test & physical (within 1 year)
- Current CPR certification (within 2 years)
- Up-to-date on all required CEUs
- Prior experience caring for seniors
Responsibilities
- Provide Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.
- Health Monitoring: Med reminders, vitals, glucose & BP checks
- Companionship: Conversation, emotional support, safety supervision
- Assist with Daily Living: Meal prep, errands, light housekeeping
- Mobility Support: Transfers, walking support, repositioning
- Ensure Home Safety: Keeping the home clean, safe, and cozy
