Requirements

Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for residents
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Arizona Assisted Living Caregiver Certification required
Current First Aid/CPR certification
Food Handler’s Card
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Current 2-Step TB test or TB T-Spot
Verifiable professional references

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
Respond promptly to resident calls and determine the best way to assist
Support residents with mobility, comfort, and emotional well-being
Ensure residents receive meals that align with dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families
