Requirements
- An active CNA or CMT license from the Maryland Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification.
- Legally able to work in the United States.
- Vehicle ownership.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass criminal background checks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Empathy and compassion.
- Patience and understanding.
- A positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Documentation of care provided.
- Personal care and companion care.
- General home healthcare services.
