About The Position

This position involves providing residents with assistance in daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining their personal environment. It also includes transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining. You will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner. Additionally, you will review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs.

Requirements

A valid Arizona Caregiver Certificate is required.
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
CPR certification.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated.

Responsibilities

Providing residents with assistance in the activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing and maintaining their personal environment.

Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans as well as obtaining vital signs.
