About The Position

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community-based support to youth with developmental disabilities in Federal Way. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The technician implements individualized Applied Behavior Analysis programs and treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, helping clients build communication, self-help, social, and other targeted skills. The role includes tracking client progress, providing feedback to the supervisor, and protecting patient confidentiality. The salary range is $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Certified Behavior Technician certificate.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or community environments.
• Provide one-to-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback to the supervisor regarding client progress.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient-related information.
