We have an exciting opportunity for full-time Certified Behavior Technician(CBT) to provide residents with routine nursing care in accordance with established CH policies and procedures. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health. The primary role is to protect, sustain, and nurture patients by providing assistance with activities of daily living and meeting other needs as required. Responsible for contributing to the development, evaluation and assessment of care plans. Implementing behavior management program plans through observing, intervening, and reporting changes in resident behavior and health condition. Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment. Competent to care for residents in the following age groups: adult (ages 19 - 64) and geriatric (ages 65 +). Performs patient baths, oral hygiene, nail care, foot care, skincare, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transferring patient.
