Requirements

Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
Strong communication skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to read and follow technical instructions accurately
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and develop skills

Responsibilities

Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest technical tools
Keep up to date with all technical publications
Ensure safe and honorable vehicle service is delivered correctly the first time
Address all original customer concerns before recommending additional repairs
Perform thorough inspections to identify additional repair or maintenance needs following factory guidelines
Return customers' vehicles clean or cleaner than when received
Participate in factory and in-house training programs
Complete all paperwork accurately and attach required shop forms to repair orders
Maintain punctuality, present a professional appearance, and wear a clean uniform
