Requirements

• Successful completion of at least five external audits in the past year to the AS9100 standard.
• Completion of QMS lead auditor training course with a recognized lead auditor Certification (RAB or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).
• Knowledge and experience using structured Root Cause Analysis tools and techniques like 8D, five whys and DMAIC.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform examination of the Quality Management System (QMS) and its various elements and procedures to ensure its effectiveness, including observing evidence of continuous improvement.
• Perform audits based on the latest ISO9000, AS9100, or AS9003 standard.
• Identify major findings, minor findings, observations, and report information directly to the customer via web application.
• Initiate, review, and approve corrective action responses and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
