About The Position

The Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) works closely with clinic patients to support injury prevention, rehabilitation, recovery, and overall musculoskeletal health. Serves as an integral member of the Orthopedic Clinic care team, collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. The Certified Athletic Trainer provides full-scope clinical athletic training services, including injury evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and development of individualized injury prevention and conditioning programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year full-time experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer in a hospital or clinic setting.
  • Certified by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification (NATABOC).
  • Maintain standards established by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) role delineation.

Responsibilities
