About The Position

The Certified Athletic Trainer will provide injury prevention, evaluation, emergency care, rehabilitation support, and human performance services to Special Tactics personnel.
Requirements
- Athletic injury evaluation and treatment
- Emergency injury response and first aid
- Therapeutic exercise development

- Strong communication and teamwork
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Sports medicine and athletic training principles
- Human performance optimization
- Orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation
- Return-to-duty concepts
- Emergency medical procedures
- Healthcare regulations and patient privacy
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training.
- BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
- Current state licensure (or ability to obtain).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum 3 years of athletic training experience.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Must be willing and able to travel as required in support of the contract.

- Military or tactical athlete environments
- Military or tactical athlete experience.
- CSCS certification.
- Experience with Special Operations or collegiate/professional athletics.
- Knowledge of Human Performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Perform injury evaluations and first-response care.
- Develop injury prevention programs.
- Support rehabilitation under Physical Therapist direction.
- Monitor athlete readiness and recovery.
- Assist with performance testing and data collection.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
- Maintain documentation and reports.
