About The Position
ATvantage is expanding in the Mesa, Arizona area, and we’re building our network of Athletic Trainers for upcoming opportunities in secondary school settings for the 2026/2027 school year. We know the best programs are built by listening to ATs — understanding what you want more of in your role, what support looks like, and how positions can be structured for success. As we grow in Arizona, we’re focused on building connections first — not just filling roles.
