About The Position
We are seeking motivated technicians who can provide excellent service to our customers and are looking for a career, not just a job. This position is responsible for ensuring an excellent consumer experience in before & after-sales home services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver’s license
- 2 years’ experience as an in-home service provider
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Appliance Repair: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers
- Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information
- Provide exceptional and timely customer service
- Maintain tools, equipment and company vans
