About The Position
TeamHealth is seeking a certified anesthesiologist assistant (CAA) to join their team at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. CAAs are valued and encouraged to work at the top of their skill set within a collaborative and compassionate professional group dedicated to patient care. Grand Strand Medical Center is a 403-bed acute-care hospital serving Northeastern South Carolina, featuring the region's only cardiac surgery program, neurosurgery program, and pediatric intensive care unit (PICU). It is a designated Level I Adult Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center, and the only Comprehensive Stroke Center in the service area. The hospital has received numerous awards, including a Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade A (2022) and Healthgrades 5-Star Recipient for various treatments in 2023 and 2024.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside a collaborative and compassionate group of professionals dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of their patients.
- Provide anesthesia care in a variety of cases including general, trauma (Level I), peds (Level II), bariatric, neuro, urology, endo, ENT/head and neck, ortho, vascular, cardiac, thoracic, OB/GYN, and plastics.
