Wabanaki Public Health & Wellness (WPHW) is growing and seeking individuals who value inclusivity, balance, and cultural centeredness with a passion for serving others. WPHW is a non-profit organization serving four federally recognized tribes across five communities in Maine. Our approach is guided by Wabanaki traditions, language, and culture, promoting harmony with each other and the land. Services are available to community members on and off-reservation. This position supports the Wabanaki Center for Healing and Recovery Division, providing alcohol and/or opioid use treatment, support, resources, and education to patients, families, and the community. The role involves advocating for patients and coordinating efforts to help them meet their treatment goals, requiring compassionate service in a learning and growth-oriented environment with a dedicated team focused on positive patient impact. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.
