Coordinates and administers the student certification program and advises current and prospective students. This role involves providing guidance on academic success, course selection, major, and career exploration, while monitoring student progress. The analyst will input student data into state and federal websites for licensing and certification, and analyze, process, and verify student degree plans, transfer credit applicability, student teaching applications, graduation applications, appeals, and major changes. Additionally, the position requires reviewing and analyzing student data for accuracy, assisting with data collection for state and federal reporting, and providing assistance to satellite campus advisors with complex student cases and incomplete student records regarding Texas Education Agency (TEA) requirements and procedures. The role also includes assisting with recruiting events.
