About The Position

Nesco Resource is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Certificate Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Laurens, South Carolina. The role involves preparing, inspecting, organizing, and packaging certificates and printed materials while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced production environment. Associates follow work instructions and production orders, track completed orders, operate basic production equipment as needed, and may assist in other production departments.

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or quality inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sort, organize, and assemble certificates and printed materials according to production orders.
• Inspect certificates for printing errors, incorrect information, damage, and other quality defects.
• Verify names, dates, and other printed information for accuracy.
• Count, stack, and organize certificates according to customer orders.
• Package completed certificates and materials for shipment or the next stage of production.
• Follow detailed work instructions to complete orders correctly.
• Maintain accurate counts and assist with tracking completed production orders.
• Operate basic production equipment as needed.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify and report printing errors, damaged materials, and order discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist in other production departments as needed.
