About The Position
The Clinical Analyst will be responsible for the design, build, maintenance, and support of multiple clinical applications within the healthcare environment. This role requires a well-rounded professional with experience across several clinical modules, rather than a single area of specialization. They will support workflows across ambulatory, acute, and outpatient settings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance and reliability.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience as a Clinical Analyst
- Proven ability to support and build across multiple clinical modules
Nice To Haves
- Experience with applications such as Ambulatory, PowerChart, Acute, Orders, DynDoc, Outpatient and related clinical systems
- Strong understanding of end-to-end clinical workflows across multiple care settings
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and maintain clinical applications to support operational workflows
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of clinical systems
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and improve system functionality
- Support workflows across ambulatory, acute, and outpatient settings
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure system performance and reliability
