About The Position
Our client, a growing healthcare conglomerate, is seeking an execution-oriented CEO to lead and grow their Assisted Living organization, which currently has 12 locations and plans for expansion. This individual will have full ownership of the business line, with responsibility for operations, team leadership, and expansion of the platform. Ideal candidates are hands-on operators with strong people management skills. Location is flexible, but travel is required. The compensation includes a base salary plus significant upside potential.
