About The Position

This job assumes responsibility for strategic vision, long term planning, direction and overall accountability for division-wide functions. Communicates and interprets organizational and departmental mission goals and objectives to all areas of responsibility. Provides leadership and direction in the planning, implementation, and evaluation activities of all areas of responsibility. Requirements

• Master's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field
• 10 years experience in successfully managing complex hospital and patient care delivery.
• Excellent organizational skills

• Excellent judgment and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in quality of care & patient satisfaction across the system
• Manages and develops direct reports; oversees management and development of workforce
• Oversees research, education & training efforts throughout the system
• Ensures operational profitability through strategic leadership and planning
• Strategically grows the business
• Manages the physical and technical infrastructure of the system
• Other related duties as required.
• Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.
