About The Position
This is a remote-based opportunity near Los Angeles for an experienced individual or firm to take over as CEO/COO, invest capital, restructure, and grow a womenswear boho fashion brand. The brand has over 15 years of history and is seeking new leadership and capital to achieve its former success. The focus will be on D2C eCommerce, B2C Digital Marketplaces, and a select number of B2B Retail to Consumer channels. The founder will remain as a technical advisor and supportive presence, with their role and ownership percentage to be discussed and agreed upon.
Requirements
- Proven track record of turning around small businesses in the $5-$15 million range
- Experience in D2C eCommerce
- Experience in B2C Digital Marketplaces
- Experience in B2B Retail to Consumer channels
- Ability to invest capital
- Ability to restructure and grow a business
- Visionary leadership
