About The Position

BJAK is seeking a CEO - AI Finance to build and own their AI-native finance business. This role will identify opportunities where AI can fundamentally improve consumer money management and develop products for spending, saving, investing, and other daily financial needs. BJAK, founded in 2019, is the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia and is expanding its services to encompass spending, saving, investing, and exchanging. Requirements

• Strong experience building consumer fintech, financial services or technology products.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful product, business or P&L.
• Strong understanding of consumer finance, business models and unit economics.
• Strong product judgement and understanding of how AI can change existing financial workflows.
• Experience building products and teams in high-growth technology environments.
• Hands-on operating style - able to work directly through product, AI capabilities, economics and customer problems.
• Strong English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI Finance product strategy, roadmap and business model.
• Identify financial workflows where AI can materially improve the user experience, cost or speed.
• Build AI-native financial products from concept through launch and scale.
• Own P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics and operating performance.
• Work deeply with product, engineering and AI teams on product capabilities and user experience.
• Build the core team across product, technology, operations and commercial functions.
• Expand into new financial products and markets as the business scales.
