About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking a Centralized Leasing Specialist to manage the full leasing lifecycle. This position will work throughout the states of Wisconsin and New Mexico. This role supports onsite teams by handling prospect engagement, lead qualifications, tour coordination, application processing, lease execution, move-in coordination, resident account support, renewal administration, and approved technology-enabled and AI-assisted leasing tools while maintaining appropriate oversight and compliance with applicable housing laws and company policies.
